"the press reports that in March, 2005, there was a meeting of the Judicial Conference of the United States. "

What press?

Someone needs to present the proof to back this up, so that the outrage can begin.

Until then, it's just words. Maybe true, Probably true,

HB

Agreed HB, but did you read this article back when it was posted here in other thread? (I just found a cached copy in google the original one is gone).

And also what squirrel was told?

http://forum.suijuris.net/showthread.php?t=2370

So that article is talking about the same thing, it sounds like a trend for the future to me.

Besides the recent news about what happened in Chicago to the family of a woman judge and even perhaps the stuff in Atlanta just this week or last week, maybe they are molding the mind of the people, like they always do to accept and claim to "solve the problem" with pro se litigants, just like they have done with everything that threatens the "divine right of government".

Edited to add this link:

Just so you know, and I apologize for having to do this,

This wasn't directed at you personally.

I appreciate you posting it. I was referring to the writer of the article.

I am sure they are having PJ parties and sleepovers trying to figure out what to do with us.

What I would like to know is why these people, the police chief, the judge, the two arresting officers and the doctor at the mental instutition are still in their jobs. The officials of the court violated their oath and the constitution - TREASON! This type of information is not being brought to the light. The news media does not report this information. This was never on national television, so should we not take it upon ourselves to spread the word?

Red face

OK if you go into court Pro se that means you loose! So why would they object to you going into court pro se when you are stating you loose?

I, when I have to, go in Properia Personamaking a restricted appearance.

By the way they train judges right here in Reno Nevada at the Judicial College on how to *%*#&$ with us.
