Tested by fire?

Ghee... this following information really suck's in reference to being me (somewhat venting)!

I have this on going civil matter inwhich recently (by gun point & incarceration) I was informed that the matter has turned to criminal.

I showed up at the probable cause hearing yesterday with court mandated shyster (they were upset cuz I wouldn't waive the bindover).

The only witness that took the stand and testified against me was some lady from the prosecutor's office, and the black robed priest bound the matter over to circuit court.

I have seen the movie "Chicago" with Richard Gere and man was this magical moment that I experience yesterday a script that didn't make the movie?

I always thought that if the other side didn't show, the matter was to be dismissed???

The time's are ah changing... (insert no so happy grin here)
