Has anyone figured out why those BoE's are no good?


Could it be because they reference "closed" accounts?


Just remember this, if you use their property (accounts and so on) you are trespassing.& This is why the BoE's I have used do not reference such.& Nor do I send anything to the Treasury.& (BTW, when you open an account at a bank, it is not really YOURS.& The routing number belongs to the bank... NOT YOU.)


The law seems quite clear to me... HJR 192 does not mention any TDA or closed account... so why&use or reference these things on a BoE?


And now, folks are getting into a jam because of a process that was promoted without CLEAR DETAILS AND POSITIVE PROOF OF FACTS.& (Has anyone ever seen any proof that there is some secret "account" that the government has on its books?)

thats true Jerseee, subscribing to the law, but remember, the government spawned this whole patrioit movement and redemption movement by ignoring their own laws, so i dont blame anybody for seeking alternative means, they more than likely they found out what i found out, they are lawless down at the courthouse.
