A Different Kind of FOIA request

Let's say I wanted to write an FOIA request to a government agency asking for the full name, rank and pay of every individual employed with them.

Does this fall within the FOIA?

Where can I find this out?

Anyone got a link? (Wink wink, nudge nudge)

I am trying to consume my time without going crazy while waiting on my CTC3 to arrive...

How about add in their SS numbers? The Society Of Birdwatchers always want ours.

It may be a browser setting. I notice that the Smiley's are Javascript.

You running IE or Netscrape?

You should be able to go to the help menu and type in Java and it will tell you how to turn it on.
