Selective Service and Drivers license

Anybody who doesnt think that we are being extorted into contracts with the government needs to check this law out from Georgia. I didnt know about this stuff.


40-5-8. </FONT>
(a) Any male United States citizen or immigrant who applies for any driver´s license or identification card issued under this chapter, including without limitation any instruction permit, limited driving permit, provisional driver´s license, or commercial driver´s license, or for renewal thereof, and who is less than 26 years of age shall be registered in compliance with the requirements of Section 3 of the Military Selective Service Act, 50 App. U.S.C.A. Section 451, et seq., as amended. </FONT>
(b) The signature of any applicant described in subsection (a) of this Code section submitted to the department in application for such license or identification card issuance or renewal shall serve as an indication that the applicant either has registered already with the United States Selective Service System or that he is authorizing the department to forward to the United States Selective Service System the necessary information for such registration. The department shall notify the applicant at the time of application that his signature constitutes consent to be registered with the United States Selective Service System if he is not already so registered. The department shall, as soon as practical following such application and in accordance with paragraph (1) of subsection (f) of Code Section 40-5-2, forward the necessary personal information of the applicant to the United States Selective Service System

Boy Howdy. I can see where NOT being a US citizen and having a TM Notice could really help a fellow stay out of politically based wars.

Get the names of those who forwarded the information and used your boy's name without WRITTEN consent, signed in the red ink signature of your son, and you could end up with a nice little booty chest there.

I don't think that has anything to do with contract... looks more like "slavery" to me.


So, I guess we're really going to have to get tough about the license, registration and tag laws which really are not required... we may have to begin to really "get in their face" with this stuff and make it a "showdown".


It's a damn shame that the "awake" are a minority...

kgod, have you ever considered "flyers" in regards to some of the insane things you find in the code?... speckled with other facts those flyers might wake up a few more folks.

i dont know ice, im trying not to have a ulcer just trying to talk to people i know everyday about whats happening. I remember reading a article on the internet a guy wrote in which he stated that since most people in this world are fed garbage into their brains, only garbagae comes out. I was talking to a lady the other day about money and explaining the definition of "note" being a promise to pay and a federal reserve note being the same thing. So, i said, did the bank lend you any money? She kept saying they did. Ice, people make my head hurt. Now, with all this war on terror and patriotic garbage the government puts out, that makes the brain cleansing that much more difficult if not impossible. Almost forgot, what if you are dont believe in war because of your religious beliefs? Guess you will not get a license? Sounds like another Constitutional violation to me. This is all a joke.

Don't make the explaination of "money" too complicated.& The Constitution defines what money is... use that... then ask "did they loan you any money?... do you have any money?... is that "note" redeemable for money?"


I hear ya though... people seem to not want to know.& Maybe they're scared of the responsibility that comes with knowing.
