auto debt satisfaction ???'s

I am looking for some tips before my strawman does something that he will regret.& He is considering the acquisition of a new conveyance from a local dealership.& Which would of course include signing agreements to make payments for half of eternity.& I would of course need to inform the bank (in several months after the debt is in default), that& I am not the party that is responsible for this "entities" debt.&

My question is, is there anything I can do now that will make things easier in the long run, 2 months down the road or so?& Should I just leave the auto parked (like in storage)&till the title has been cleared and mailed by the bank?& Is there anyone out there who has done this and can give me a rundown of what to expect?& I do know this, the bank the dealership does business w/is BB&T.& Any issues there??& Lots of questions, I know.& I just like to go into stuff semi-aware, you know...

Okay, we have been talking about contracts and their legalities, how about this .... car purchased "on contract" signed on the right side by both parties, HOWEVER -- all line items are down one line, and according to the actuality of the contract, the maker OWES money to the purchaser.& How strong do you think this might be?& Consideration, auto purchased exhibit problems within 30 days and is not in working order, therefore would it be appropriate to push this issue, and if so, please give me some direction!& Thanks SO MUCH for all your input!
