Rebuttal of affidavit...

I found this statement on familyguardian and need to know where to find more on it and see it as fact:



"According to Commercial Law, the rebuttal must be made in 72 hours from the time of presentment"



And when it says that a if an affidavit is not rebutted point for point, does that generally mean then that it (case) would go in favor of the one writing the unrebutted affidavit?
