What is "Right of Presentment?"
I think that is the right to make a demand for $$, go through the notarial protest process, which can end up involving the courts. A demand for either payment or responsibility for payment/performance is a presentment.
Many mortgage contracts now have a clause that states the Borrower waives Right of Presentment. I think this has something to do with UCC RA9. This allows for what is called "non-judicial" or "strict" (read: court-free) foreclosure. See Black's. Now the bastards have gotten you to agree to let them take your property w/o ever stepping into court! Some claim the IRS also uses this gimmick.
