Some branches of Government has admitted to the program, and claim it is to do with the HAARP program, bur they lie about what is in the chemtrails.



They're loaded with mold spores, and other things designed to make you sick. Turns out a lot of sick people make the Pharmaceutical Industry a lot of money.



I've only ever photographed one over my city, but then I'm not in the U.S.

The gubmit sprays remote rural locations as well with all sorts of crap. Their are Federal laws on the books which permit it. Do a search and you'll see what I mean.

It is my understanding that they're spraying in Canada too. I know for a fact that they are in Europe. I was on a flight to Belgium last year and cruising at about 37,000 feet. Below us at about 30,000 (might have been lower) and slightly ahead of us was a 737 spraying a chemtrail. I watched for about 45 minutes until it veered off out of sight.

§ 1520. Use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents by Department of Defense; accounting to Congressional committees with respect to experiments and studies; notification of local civilian officials



* (a) Not later than thirty days after final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense, whether directly or under contract, involving the use of human subjects for the testing of chemical or biological agents, the Secretary of Defense shall supply the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives with a full accounting of such plans for such experiment or study, and such experiment or study may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date such accounting is received by such committees.

* (b)

o (1) The Secretary of Defense may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations unless local civilian officials in the area in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance of such test or experiment, and such test or experiment may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date of such notification.

o (2) Paragraph (1) shall apply to tests and experiments conducted by Department of Defense personnel and tests and experiments conducted on behalf of the Department of Defense by contractors.

Throughout the year of 2005, I have taken many pictures of chemtrails, worse than in the pictures, in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico.

How can the government justify filling the skies with this pollution. We the people must demand to know what our skies are being filled with.

I can wake up to a clear, beautiful sky, and within hours, the sky if being filled with chemtrails. The jets are white and unmarked. I have a picture of one of these white jets making an extremely large oval chemtrail in our neighborhood.

Something is not right and we should demand to know why our skies are being filled with this pollution.

tonight, a couple of hourn ago, in front of an almost full -moon, i counted 6 parallel chemtrails!!!
