See we’re dealing in cycles. We’re dealing here to where they have all this stuff on paper thats hedged in the market someplace. At the end of the period is when these accounts are doing there bookkeeping. A lot of this stuff stays in suspense accounts of the accountants. They’re using people on the criminal side here to finance the change over of these corporations. I know a guy here, I just got a copy of the docket sheet the other day and there is 3 docket sheets for him. For 3 different cases all stems from one prosecution to where they’re holding him in prison in Texas. Well when we looked and got to the bottom of one of these for what some of these were all about there was an inhouse litigation man listed on there and the address that he gave were the Walmart Stores in Arkansas care of Walmart there in Arkansas. What they’re doing…that’s how Walmart is financing some of their organizations. The guy in prison is collateral on it. See that’s what they’re doing. When they throw these guys in the can that’s what they use to finance Public Works.
I don’t know how this got started. I guess it’s been around for about a million years. There is nothing new under the sun. Its all secret and they call it emergency now. See that’s who the President is talking to when he gives his State of the Union message. He’s talking to the owners of the Union or the Union men who own the state. The STATE OF …UNION. What state is that? the union is the people who fly the union jack.
But you see they are the Union of operating engineers. They are the ones that are contracting. They have a contractors license under the core of engineers in this country. Under the army core….of engineers. The state that they are dealing with here is the S<U>tate of Emergency. </U>Or state of the art-- or state of mind
a document called an apostille. All that is is a censore of the mail. It’s in the background of the post office or in the background of the core of engineers.
