Attorneys' poor attempts to organize themselves

My new favorite website

Hey, no fair! They have been autogenerating pure BS for years, why can't we take a turn!?

Now if only they can make their site generate BS to respond to our "BS".... I bet then they can give us some good, stiff competition in court.

I will be watching for more BS from the Banking System.

SJ,

What is that? Is that a site for lawyers or something?

I did not understand. Is that someone praising suijuris.net or is that a feeble attempt to alert other liars, I mean, lawyers to our lawful practices?

They are definately not praising us. It is a feeble attempt to alert each other of something. I am not sure what they intend to do about it, other than call us crazy and our documents "BS".

"Your honor, I object. Pursuant to Rule 45 of this state's rules of civil proceedure, those documents are classified as BS and are inadmissible!"

I wonder how that defense will sit in court, if you can even call it a defense.

You know you are effective when they go out of their way to discredit you before others have a chance to read what you have to say.

Suijuris:

With regard to your "favorite" website , they site a case where allegedly HJR 192 was mentioned on an appeal in respose to a summary judgment. The problem with the gentlemans case is that he did not enter HJR 192 into evidence correct ly to establish it as a material fact. Go to the web and check it out. This is not a big W for "the Man i.e. Attorneys, Bankers and the like.

Neat website though.

I wonder if I can post on that site.

I would love to post something there to help them notice the "BS" coming so they can protect themselves.

NOT!

But I would like to post something.

What really gets me is that they are actually claiming the LAW is BS. If we are to be held accountable to the law... then we can hold others accountable to the law.

Pretty simple really. If they think they are not accountable and cannot be held accountable -- they got another think comin'!!

Okay, so is this guy for or against? He doesn't quite seem to know himself. In one post he references being quite close to those in Right Way Law and then goes into his sour grapes regarding Wrong Way Law -- someone didn't see things his way? He didn't get enough cudos? What do you suppose the REAL story is here? Sorry, I guess the journalist in me smells a juicy story here. Be interesting to dig into. Who is this person? (used in reference to the "idiot" connotation we have cited previously in posts!

How do you enter HJR 192 or case citations into evidence?

Use the "Judicial Notice" process. The Judge must take notice of the cases and the laws throughout his decision making process.
