I've read some of Johnny Libertys' material and like it. What is he in jail for?

Johnny Liberty was nailed for multiple counts of obstructing the administration of the revenue laws, failure to file his own tax returns, and fraud (for selling his worthless anti-tax advice). He pled guilty to, I think, one count of each and sentencing will be in about two months. He was originally facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life in the slammer; with his guilty plea that may be reduced to four years or less.
