Ralph Winterrowd status?

I got a PM from a fellow member, who cannot post wondering what happened to Ralph Winterrowd.

Does anyone know the particulars of whether he is free or in vinculus?

Ralph was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Feb 3, 2006. His last post on his group was dated Feb 12, 2006. He said jail time wasnt usual in such cases, but he has majorly pissed off the PTB up there. Very possible that he is in the greybar hotel at this point! Max time for this can be up to 1 year. A search of the online court docket didnt reveal the outcome of this case. It was probably put in file 13. scottinalaska might have some info.....

That is all I know too. His last postings. Since I do live within few hours of there, I ought to go see him. What's the rules on visiting folks in jail, anyone know?
Of course, I'd need to find out WHERE he is being held.
I certainly know that the wife is going to like that little detour on our way to go shopping every two months! Heck, maybe she can drop me off and go shopping.

Here is the last correspondence I received from Ralph. A word of clarification - Chickaloon is word describing a local native tribe that had the "audacity" to issue its own driver license:
They closed the road and we could not get out of Anchorage to Palmer for the sentencing at 1 pm, so I called Palmer of the problem. Wolfe rescheduled it for Tuesday at 3:30 pm, bless his little black heart - he is really moving on the sentencing, but he doesn't move on anything else. I have also been charged with another count on the second suspension BS by the STATE OF ALASKA.
The issue of the Chickaloon Driver License is a very big issue, but the Chickaloon people will not stand and fight with me now, and they have turned tail and ran. Hmmmmm. On person that I have been working with for probably ten years has also refused to file into the federal court on the issue of the Chickaloon Driver License. I would never have believed that this person would turn, but you never know I guess until the stakes get high enough.
What is at stake?
The validation of the Chickaloon Driver License will make it possible for all of the 200+ tribes that would so choose to issue their own driver licenses, fishing licenses, etc after the preliminary setups required. The military government (US) would lose control of the all of the people that choose to use the native licensing as all control of DL, child custody, occupational licensing by and through the cooperative agreements by and through the SSN would be lost unless they talk the natives into reciprocity bases on federal money kickbacks to sell out their neighbors, their own people of the tribes, and the American citizens - which is what all of the court systems, police systems, legislatures, etc have all done.
This is an extremely big issue and worth millions and millions and freedom to many. The STATE, COUNTY, and BOROUGH folks are all bought and paid for, but by and through the Indians and/or Natives that know what to do, it would be a means of freeing many, many people.
What is really going on is that they have banished the people of these United States and by and through Bills of Attainder using the SSN, welfare, public assistance, DL's, and enslaved us all. More on this later as I get these fires under control.
By the way, this can be proved with THEIR docs and the holdings of the Supreme Court to validate the public docs.
Just as what is the Matrix, the question that is begging to be answered, is why issue Chickaloon Driver Licenses to people and then now defend them?
Of course if they were illegal, the STATE OF ALASKA would file into federal court to shut them down, but if they lost, then they would be validated.
Only the government of the United States has cognizance of both the STATE OF ALASKA, and the native tribes, so this is place to fight. The several States (today's BS STATES) have no means to deal with the Natives or Indians.

Thus as far as I know, he got sentenced and that was that. Knowing that his email was being monitored, he couldn't reveal much about his filings and planned filings, so we will wait.

Hello, I am out of jail at the present time after 19 days. I was sentenced to 6 months with 5 months suspended and $5,000 with $4,000 suspended.
I sat and watched DUI types get almost nothing ahead of me. There isn't supposed to be any jail for the first time on this type of BS. There is full press on at this time to put me back into jail, probably for 6 months to a year for total BS.
They are trying to start the second trial on Tuesday with no inculpatory or exculpatory evidence, no assistance of counsel and on and on - judicial lynching at its best. I was taken into court Friday on another charge that they were trying to put upon me for a class B misdemeanor, but the dear old Judge Estelle wouldn't hear of it as it would require the judge to testify. Estelle was so pissed that he was red in face and on and on he went with his ipse dixit. Him and I went around for a couple of dances, but all that does is run up the transcription fee with no positive result.
Monday at 3 PM will be interesting to see what happens. If a trial happens Tuesday, it will be for Ralph's benefit only, the heck with all of the cowards and their issues. I so far have an Injunction filed against the State of Alaska and Chickaloon, removal from state to federal court on the seocond charge of suspension, and a habeas corpus. All of these are federal.
I have also filed in a Notice of Appeal in the Court of Appeals in the State court. I have a quo warranto to file in the federal court yet and then a tort. I am going have a attempt at start firing state tyrants (judges). We will see. If don't know if I can stop the state as these guys are so far out in an attempt to get me back into jail there isn't even the barest evidence of any law. I will win in the long run, but they may take a pound of flesh or two. I don't take prisoners, I don't surrender, and when I get free they best get ready for a peaceful lawful and legal battle until I determine if there isn't any Law left.
The problem which I can prove now is that a Bill of Attainder which includes a Bill of Pains and Penalties, and denaturalization - the removal of the citizenship of the people. This is the core problem in America today. This applies to Driver Licenses, IRS, etc. This is the root problem.
I am going to have some meat for a change and watch a couple of movies to get geared up for all of the research that needs to be done if I end up in trial Tuesday. I will as time permits expand on what is really going on, but enough for now.
