helping get someone out of jail

Put the case , that someone , who has done their UCC-1 finacing statement filing , has given you a certified copy, and a power of attorney, then he gats arrested on an alleged "felony" . We know all 'crimes' are commercial, all about money, i.e., how much money they can try to get out of the 'person'. Ok, he's your very good friend , he's innocent ,you have his power of attorney, what procedures do you use to get him out ? A4v his charges?Non-response notices ? BoE? Bond ? Silver Bond ?Habeas Corpus ? This is where the rubber meets the road, people; any of us can be arrested at any time. do all of it, the only thing i wouldnt use in the list is the ucc1 financing statement, thats just my personal choice. the first step is the judge's oath of office which ties him to common law, then move on with the bond and writ of habeas.
