Questionable character?

Several of our members are self acknowledged govenment employees of one facet or another, all of whom, work first shift hours.

I am amazed at how much time our government servants waste per day, surfing the net, hanging out in this forum, and compiling lengthy responses to posts.

Do these folks work at all?

One of two situations is likely the case:

1) The hours spent surfing and posting, is done with permission, which implies they are simply spin doctors, with an agenda, or

2) They lack permission, and are goofing off, on company time, and exploiting taxpayer money and resources (computers, net connects).

In either case, it gives pause, to the quality of their character.

I could not agree more with your post. It is amazing to experience the human nature of "government employee's". While being under the general title of "civil servant" they do not follow the meaning of that title by their actions. They talk with an incredible arrogance, rude demeanor, and usually "I hate this job" attitude, which is another incredible aspect to these servants and their behavior.

They really go "out of their way" to do things for us and earn the money they make. :P (I'm being sarcastic.... I noted that as I also notice they generally do not have a sense of humor).
