A few days ago I found a website called "
Writely" that allows people to collaboratively work on documents simultaneously! I’ve started a few documents with it and it seems to work great! Right now I am looking for a few more people who would like to help me produce some booklets on law. I am also planning on using this system to co-author court documents, 5 people working together could produce incredible briefs very quick and easily, especially when they can work together simultaneously!
Writely was bought out by Google recently and they are in the process of redoing their code. Due to this, they are only allowing new registrations who have been invited by another member (each member can invite up to 50 people), it won’t be open to the public until their code has been fully redone.
I would like to get about five people who are well-versed in law, and have a genuine love for freedom! Then I’d like to start a little group and have a system setup where we can communicate easily and quickly, for example, with Yahoo Messenger we could instant message each other and have conference meetings where the whole group can discuss ideas while they work on the documents with Writely.
Is there anyone who would like a Writely invitation? And is there anyone who would like to co-author some documents with me? Or who is interested in starting a group like I mentioned?
