Talking Allocation Proceeding

Allocation always takes place at the end of every hearing. whether this be a an adminstrative hearing or an actual trial, correct?

There has been some talk as of recent, that during the allocation process not to agree with anything and simply walk out of the courtroom.

During allocation i suppose this would be the time, you could ask the judge, have you read my motions to dismiss? motion to dismiss can be used at anytime during the the adminstrative hearing, correct?

No, not correct

And the bailiffs or marshalls will stop you before you even reach the door.

No, not correct.

Bieng that andyk is on my ignore list I don't wish to know what he has posted.
Mystic;
Why would you wish to be educated with misinformation from one who is not able to think for himself or out of the brainwash box? Unless it were to show exactly that HMMM? but, then you are still feeding the trolls. JMHO!

Cheers,
Craig

PS.I believe the correct spelling would be Allocution.
Unless you are actually asking for
Al-lo-ca'tion, n 1,Allotment, apportionment,assignment, or the act thereof; as, the allocation of shares in a stock company.
2,Arrangement;disposition; the act of puting in place.

I suspect you are talking about allocution, not allocation. There are a few active threads here on allocution.

Allocution is when the judge asks, "Is there anything you have to say before I execute sentence."
