School loans and citizenship status

Hello all! Pretty new to this all and I'm looking for knowledge. If you accept a loan from the govt for school, does that volunteer you to be a 'US citizen'? If so, is there a way to go about this process without selling my soul to Uncle Sam? Also I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction for information regarding vehicle/license/registration info. What I've found so far has been sparse.

- much respect

Re:School loans and citizenship status

Has anyone had success cancelling Student Loans?& As in the prvious post, how does the acceptance of said affect one's status as "citizen" vs sovereign?

Citizenship is voluntary.

As far as the school loan is concerned, I am not sure but, your exemption should satisfy that.
