Division of Motor Vehicles

Recently I chose to get my drivers license renewed, this time the experience was somewhat different though. The questions they asked, are you a U.S. Citizen, are you a Resident of THE STATE OF OHIO, etc., were like someone running fingernails down a chalkboard. Once she was through enslaving me, she handed me the paper to seal the deal, which I signed Without Prejudice UCC 1-207, I wasn’t in the right frame of mind or I would have signed All Rights Reserved. Will signing this way have the same effect?

Another thing that irked me was when I asked why my extended cab pickup truck couldn’t be classified as a passenger vehicle (to save FRNs by not having to purchase non-commercial tags), she said that since I could haul things and hook up a trailer more easily that I would have to stick with non-commercial. So essentially what she was telling me is that since my belonging is more versatile, The STATE should be compensated. The more I study, the more disgusted I get when having to deal with those ****roaches.
