Stature of limitation

Hi All;

I was awarded a judgment against a Doctor in 09/17/2001 through bankruptcy court eastern dristrict of Oklahoma.
He ran, to parts unknown, could not collect.

I moved to SE OK in January & last month I found the Doctor is doing busness right here, is stature of limitation up, And how do I collect?

Thanks for any help
yor

You have to check the statue of limitation in your state first where the judgment awarded, before you pursue it.
