Anyone who is interested about the D.C. Sniper should check out the US gov plan way back in the 60's called operation northwoods.

In the plan it describes using terrorism against the U.S. public, and blame it on Cuban revolutionaries or communists, as a pretext to invade or attack Cuba

Some of the plans included blowing up passenger airplanes, using suburban sniper attacks and the like

I find the whole sniper attack was very suspicious and came at very convenient time for the administration

If the DC snipers worked for the government why didn't they just say so? I don't see any other chance for them to stay alive. Why did they not yell it out in court to the media? If this is the case then that would mean the perps are not actually given a lethal injection but are spirited out the back door to their new life? Seems too dangerous to me because if they later surfaced it would be very embarrassing to the luciferians. I suspect that Tim McVeigh is/was a agent of sorts. Jose Padilla also seems to be a spook or patsy along with Sirhan Sirhan, Lee Harvey Oswald, John Wilkes Booth, etc. There is a definite pattern of using agents to take blame. Even Hitler and Stalin would fit that profile. Why do they remain silent?

Don't forget that Congress has now suspended Habeus Corpus so I guess Padilla can be held for the rest of his "life" without judicial oversight.

As is often the case with whistelblowers they are silenced, killed or nuetralized in some way or another. How many patsies in history tried to speak out, but think how easy it is to contain them in custody. Prime example would be the murder of Milosevic, Oswald and others. I have seen the history of the CIA using false flag terrorism to achieve covert goals all throughout history, admitted to by many CIA agent whistleblowers. Look at Operation Gladio, Shad, and the Iran Contra affairs. The secret CIA wars has allegedly claimed several million lives over the years, so I am very skeptical that it was not some kind of psyop

Look at the confiscation of evidence at the oklahoma site, and the 911 site too. Every crime scene is contained for evidence, yet when terrorism occurs the 'authorities' ship it off somewhere and lock it under armed guard! I am sure positive that McVeigh was a patsy and there is a military expert who already proved it could not have been the truck bomb due to the pattern of the blast damage
