The jury does the right thing. When you are paying every month for insurance, they collected the money and silent about it, however when it come to pay back time, they started giving all kind of excuses that is not relevant to your situation. I hope some of the other insurance learn something from this, that when you are taken taken, someday you are going to give some back when disaster occurs.
