Gonzales’s statement has a measure of being fuzzy to it, his judgment is very disturbing because it would proposed that many other fundamental right that Americas obtain doesn’t exist because constitution say those rights in negative form.

I am surprised that there is even a article by CBS above. Thanks for that link by the way. Not one whit of this on the TV that I have seen yet. Please report here if you see this video on the national news. Our country is in a crisis and people don't even know it. The Constitution applies to ALL PEOPLE on US soil..not just citizens. People have GOT TO UNDERSTAND how important this privilege is. Without it, if you don't agree with them, you get thrown in jail and never get to see a judge or the charges against you. Who knows what they do to you in there. STOP TRAMPLING ON OUR CONSTITUTION. STOP IT NOW.
