evidence repository at the US courthouse

David Merrill,

How do you set up a evidence repository at the US courthouse ? I know that it is better than keeping a personal file at home.

thanks,

Jeffrey Alan

You may set one up for a singular matter like a Refusal for Cause for $39. This is a common law style jacket and may be better known by the clerk as "miscellaneous".

Or you might want a default judgment in your favor on the matter. See the clerk instruction inside the Libel of Review attached. I walk people through that regularly, usually by referral and many people know how much compensation I require, but when I post it that makes the Quatlosers all horny - disgusting!

Regards,

David Merrill.

Look at it this way; as I have taken to explaining it lately. Courts are for establishing facts. If you already have the facts established, then no attorney will be taking you to court.

If it is R4C'd then he should not go. If he wants to counterclaim, then he should just do that. They will know he is counterclaiming when he serves the summons.

what do you mean? how did you get a court date? Were you just randomly sent a summons? You would need to R4C that as well- they will keep pushing and see if you take the bait.

Anyway, if this is about the drunk and disorderly ticket, remember the allegations (not the truth! the allegations) must fit the defined offense in every particular.

One thing and one thing only you must remember...........
our adversaries will keep on testing us, with more and more OFFERS to contract, until they are assured that we know what we are doing, and, that their actions will inflict pain upon themselves.

Please answer this question.......Why do you think this offer has any power over you? It is an offer, and you must refuse it properly. Refusal for Cause, and/or offer to contract declined, NO CONSENT to these proceedings, properly mailed back to the offerors(aka errorors).

when i went to get dismissed. they said only a trial can dismiss. so they asked me if i want one. i said yes cause i know that the texas penal code states that i wasnt PI. and i have a witness. i said yes. then they asked with a jury or only judge. i said jury only cause you never know if judge is on cop side.

i will enter there system cause i know i can win in it.
