May not be such a good idea - it cost this company there entire profits for the year!

I don't know what their laws and policies are however, I would find it to be rather difficult to believe that the sellor is bound to that transaction under the doctrines of mistake.

If their law requires that the company must take it in the shorts -- well, then, I don't know what to say other than damn that sucks...
