I know first hand that more than a few FBI agents and cops will conspire to falsify "information" and are not above using information in such databases whether true/false/massaged or not to harrass, slander, defame, falsely accuse and visit harm upon innocents. They are not above placing a tracking device on an automobile under false pretenses then use the trackers to go ultra vires and stalk/harrass/steal. If only they were all honorable "boy scouts". Yes even an old lady found herself treated in a most disdainful manner by rogues and all she was trying to do was get help when people *in government* were robbing her blind--they used government databases to track her so they could stalk and harass her until the day she died.

What people arent aware of are the rules or lack thereof for entering information into the databases at all. And they have cops trained like puppies to believe anything the little box says as though it were gospel.
