Post Judge OKs $75 million Amex settlement
A $75 million settlement has been approved between American Express Co. and thousands of cardholders who contended in a class-action lawsuit that they paid hidden transaction fees for charges made in foreign currencies.

Settlement was probably nothing compared to the millions they were able to screw people out of using these hidden fees.

Absolutely right! $75 million dollars is nothing to them.
