The United States govt and child porn. You got places like Bohemian Grove and 'judges' and 'cops' and even "presidents" being involved in cults that regularly participate in rituals involving boys/girls under 13. You got people like Myself and Ted {Gundersen} who they try to nix/defame for blowing the whistle. Perhaps they will police child porn until they can tax it and make money off it?

Point: most people into child porn arent likely using the net overtly. Why would they have to do so when all they'd have to do is be a cop, be a judge, fly to Thailand, buy a child porn slave from their comrades and smuggle them in, join a cult or join the UN and rape 14 y/os in hotels under the chaos of wartime? Remember the world 'porn' tends to connotes 'illicit sexual activity'.
