Carlie's killer apologizes

The man convicted of abducting, raping and strangling 11-year-old Carlie Brucia tearfully apologized Tuesday for the pain his crime caused. Joseph P. Smith asked a Florida judge to spare his life for the sake of his own children. Smith will learn his sentence on March 15.
