Exclamation Commercial Affidavit
I recently filed a commercial affidavit as per the uniform commercial code, the bank had ten days to rebutt or request an extension of time. They failed to rebutt or request additional time. I have a course of action to take, but would like some feedback from anyone who has dealt with this before.
