rooper Shoots, Kills Man During Traffic Stop

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Quote:
A Central Ohio trooper was forced to pull a gun and fire at a man along a country road. Now, that man is dead and his family has questions. Errol Baker, also known as Tye, died at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was shot early Sunday morning in what started as a routine traffic stop, NBC 4's Mike Bowersock reported.

...

According to the victim's mother, Baker's girlfriend -- who was a passenger in the car -- said there was a fight or struggle between Baker and Cress and then she heard one shot. OSP officials said there were two shots.

Never, ever shoot at a trooper when you are drunk.

Indeed "Say hello to my little friend" with a very Cuban accent doesnt necc. work in real life or have 'magical powers' like it might have had for Tony Montana (Pacino/Scarface).

But indeed, it could be that the trooper might have been the only one waiving a gun around. Or perhaps the trooper did something to provoke in the manner that LAPD are known to stick pins in people's backside and when they flinch call it "assault".
