Why bother to go to the pubs where privacy is not important to them except finger print you. You have a lot of option, and choice besides going to the pubs where you can spend your leisure time, and have fun without finger print in that country.

They probably like the idea.....im sure the insurance companies will probably offer lower liabilty rates to establishments who implement the system and the local constabulary will see them in a more favorable light. Note the word voluntary.....in other words, voluntarily submit to fingerprinting or not be allowed entrance to the pub! LOL
