I hope they lose.
Government schools should be allowed to train the children enrolled therein anything they want to, just like homeschoolers should be allowed to train their children anyway they want to.
It's just like marriage licensing. Who says government even has the authority to be involved? If you give them the authority (enrolling your child in their system) expect them to use that authority.
The government fool system is working perfectly. Just look around.
Some have been able to shake the intended chains off, but most don't.
