Post Duke captain denies rape
A co-captain of Duke University's lacrosse team was indicted Monday, the third player accused of taking part in the alleged rape of an exotic dancer at an off-campus team party. "You have been told some fantastic lies," said David Evans, 23, of Bethesda, Maryland. He insists he and two teammates are innocent.
