Can we say Writ of Habeas Corpus!!!!! That girl is in jail on contempt charges, it has nothing to do with her "safety". Judge and prosecutors dont give a rats a$$ about that girl. Might even have grounds for a section 1983 lawsuit against the judge and prosecutor because 6th amendment enumerated right to assistance of counsel is being denied.
