oh the part about needing permission to fly and land and such.... oh well if you dont like that move to Alaska where aircraft have the ROW on all roads.
However if no one was hurt, ergo no "corpus delecti" the only injured party would be the city and state not recieving their tithe for doing that which would be immoral [license] and contrary to their legislative codified intent [sometimes referred to as state statutes or laws, though not to be confused with the Supreme Law of the land.
