Thank you. Just being here, I feel the warmth of the fire on my face, and the cold of the wood plank door on my back, as if I'd just stumbled in from the storm to a remote log cabin. The more that I research and learn the ways of the world, the more terrified I become. Sometimes I wonder, why is everyone so complacent? Don't they see it? Is there something wrong with me? But then, like a dog senses fear on a person, I see it in their eyes. They know. They all know the world is sucking the life out of them, and they don't care. They just want their job security, some medical insurance, and a promise that someone will provide for them when they are feeble and drooling on themselves and can't find their way home at night any more. And to let their televisions wash over them for a few hours each night to numb their minds from the fear of reality. They just want whatever it is to leave them alone that much.

But I'm not content with that. I want to lure it out in the open. Expose it for all to see, and let the light of truth make it shrink, and the fist of righteousness smash it to a greasy spot. This plague which has infected the world reveals itself in fleeting glimpses to me, and I see it in my mind like a mosaic. Maybe here I will learn to see its full face and recognize it for what it is. All I do know for sure is whatever it is, has been spawning for a very long time, and now it's here to confront us. And we need to recognize and expose and defeat whatever this evil is, trying to destroy our God given right to exist in harmony with the planet, instead of trying to dominate it.

The more that I research and learn the ways of the world, the more terrified I become.


Fear, sometimes is a stimulus to awakening.

Sometimes I wonder, why is everyone so complacent? Don't they see it? Is there something wrong with me?

Most of us who are here, see it all.
That is why we were led by Destiny,
as those who search - shall find!

That is why there are Sovereigns and Serfs;
all by choice when live in the land of the US Constitution.

They want a fantasy and escape into it.
That is why never see the reality as one is displacing the other.

Whom could I engage who has Authority to, fairly, address the issue of Court’s File tampering?

I have often wondered this myself, and part of the problem is all of this faith given to "judges" by those whose sense of balance and fairness would be crushed if they had to actually investigate and dig for the real answers, which I believe most people can't and don't want to wrap their minds around. There is also the Attorney stereotype that if they can't get you 'out of trouble' than you may as well just give up, and accept whatever excuse the attorney representing you says.

Who will keep judges from tampering with case documents, affidavits etc...

I think that is something that would quickly expose the 'Fraud' , and especially if the policing of these judges were to be undertaken by honest Americans. The media that feeds the working definitions of our modern legal system will be the last leg to go, and if you watch carefully, you can see this unraveling right now. It is the last place they can hide, because no one is allowed to actively question/ their definitions/interpretations. THEY ARE ASSUMED TO BE VALID, and many people just trust whatever is fed into their brains, without stopping to question it.

However I have seen numerous credible authors make a reference to the powers of a Notary Public. Please correct me if this is indeed false, but through a notorial protest and the proper filing of all case documents FRONT & BACK, along with a nice big Postage stamp, and finally signed in ink across the face of the stamp, the judge would have a very hard time hiding or ommiting sections of your facts, docs, etc..

Nice thread, btw, I love the really tough questions. rather than the usual "how do I get out of this ticket?"

And you are right, I believe that most of the forum is here because they can sense that there is a huge cover up going on, along with the truly hurtful reality that there are thousands upon thousands of people in our beloved jail system, for the thousands and thousands of victimless 'crimes' authored by lawyers, for there own 'power-trip'.........so predictable.
