Update from SuiJuris regarding site changes.
Over the past few months I am sure many of the regulars have noted my
absence. Sure, I pop in now and then but my activity here is not even
on par with what it has been in the past. The reason for my reduced
activity at Suijuris.net is largely due to my ever-increasing
obligations in my work endeavors.
Suijuris has reached critical mass, and I do not feel that it is fair
to the community for the administrator to be missing in action so much
of the time. The quality of the content and the community degrades
without available, committed administration providing insight and
leadership, and while I remain committed, I know my availability is
not what it once was and should be for the role. I can not see that
changing in the future.
So it is time for a change. I am sure you have noted by now the
improvements and additions made to the site. You may wonder how I
found the time to make this happen. Well, I didn't! All the changes
have been made possible by the new site administration.
Yes, Suijuris.net is under new administration. I have contacted the
one party I know that not only shares my vision and enthusiasm, but
also is committed to the long term administration of the community and
has the resources available to ensure that my vision continues far
into the future.
Some may be concerned of the implications of the transfer. So let me
address that now, and if the need arises I will delve in further.
First and foremost, many will probably wonder if the site will
continue to be available for free. The short answer is "Yes."
However, let me make it clear that I have conveyed all rights and
responsibility to the new administration, so it is within their right
to remove resources that are not used or they deem not useful, and to
place whatever terms they desire regarding the access of the
resources.
I would like to thank the new administration for sharing the vision
and stepping in to help, and look forward to stepping back finally
being able to post as "just another one of the guys," without worrying
that it will effect people's view of what the site is about.
West wishes,
SuiJuris Site Admin 2003 – 2005

Thank you!
You have firsthand knowledge that I have learned much of what I have applied from this board and the connections resulting from it.
Although I know we will not lose touch, I could never thank you enough for your initiative.
My family thanks you also, and will forever be grateful.

I so treasure the ability to be REAL here and to share ideas among a collection of other imaginative and curious and determined people who would rather be real than be conformists and/or intellectual/economic/ideological slaves.
I am grateful that certain resentful individuals on quatloos tipped me off about suijuris by telling me that I belong here. That was one of the few things they were right about!

SJ,
I had talked to Jason earlier this week who said some big changes were afoot at his site and to wait and see!
Then on Friday night, I began thinking, "Darn, I didn't harvest all I wanted and now SJ and his resources just got burned."
I am SO happy to see her up and running again. Whew!
But on a personal note, SJ, thanks for persevering and even playing the regretable but effective disciplinarian on occassion. The invitation to Alaska is always open to you and your family.

SJ,
Honestly... Words cannot convey what you, and this site, have done to refine and support my quest for knowledge, understanding, vision and truth.
God Bless You Bro...

SJ,
I am thankful for all you have done and I don't want this to read as an obituary.
The spirit of sui juris will never die even when change comes. Change is the only thing that changes after you've capturee your sovereign spirit.
Thanks for the opportunity to serve in another more meaningful capacity. I hope I still can.

The only constant is change!
SJ,
Thanks for all you have done. Your time, talent, and treasure you have expended for the benefit of all here is greatly appreciated by all. Jason Whitney and his people have very large shoes to fill as you move on to other endeavors. It is my sincere hope to see them "bound with chains" to the spirit and intent that you founded this forum upon! A free exchange of information and ideas flowing between those of a sovereign spirit.
The winds of change have blown and have placed this vessel known as Sui Juris upon the dawn of a new era. May it continue to be a beacon to all seeking to be free!
Best of luck SJ and will be looking forward to your continued presence here on the board as your schedule permits!
