Life Goes Beyong Fancy Cliches
Good Morning,
On this day, September 8, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Wednesday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever lost something you worked hard for? As a result of mismanagement, a lack of wisdom, or unforeseen circumstances, you lost something special to you. Have you ever had to endure storms in your life? Just as Hurricane Frances came through Florida, hell storms have come through your life. As a result, the damages cannot be calculated but they can be seen and felt. Have you ever had joy today and overnight it seemed as though everything changed? Due to an unexpected phone call or a negative doctor report, you are now searching for the joy you once had. So often in our lives, we plan for the successes. We know what we would do with a new promotion, or new car, or new home. We dream of these things. But what do you! do when the unexpected catches you off guard?
This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. No one ever wants to think about tragedy hitting their home or family. We never fathom how it would feel if we received that one phone call that changes everything. Never do we imagine life without a certain person beside us. But what do you do when the unexpected catches you off guard? How do you react to the announcement of death or disease? What do you say to the mother or father who just lost their only child? My friend, Life Goes Beyond Fancy Cliches! Life goes beyond the traditional ways of doing things. We must grow beyond our fancy words and display our Godly love. The Bible declares in Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Do you know someone who has suffered loss? Have you attempted to assist ! them with your time, talents and/or treasures? Have you picked up the phone to check on them?
My brother, my sister, Life Goes Beyond Fancy Cliches! We are living in a time when people are suffering. A time when the next meal is a mystery to many. People do not want to hear your sermons if they cannot feel your sermon. The Bible declares in 1 John 3:17 - But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? Beloved, we must return to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We must return to the time of focusing on ministry not money or membership. The world is in need of Jesus. We must become walking, talking Bibles. Dear friend, who has God told you to help? Who are you angry with today? Are you trying to keep everything for yourself? The Bible declares in Luke 12:20 - But God said unto him, Th! ou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? Life Goes Beyond Fancy Cliches! Today, offer more of your Godly actions and less of your fancy sayings. Prayer for Today: Father, help me go beyond my fancy cliches and begin to minister to through my love and action. In Jesus' name ... Amen!
Scripture Reading for Today: 1 John 4:20
May God Bless you at Your point of need!

[color=black][b]Yes Lord, help me step up the ministry in the power of your Holy Ghost & in the domain of your Perfect Will; not in vain words & fruitless actions that are in my strength.

Gregtu,
Thank you for the messages you bring. I think of Romans 8:28 as I read your message today. "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those that are called according to His purpose." We know that this does not mean that life will be a bed of roses or that we will never have storms or tribulation. When those storms or tribulations do come we can know that God will take us through them if we place our trust and faith in Him to do so.
My wife and I are going through a tough time, a storm in our lives. I have been in a few storms and can look back on them as markers in my life where I saw God at work. I had cancer that I was told I had a 40% chance of survival and God gave me the peace that I needed to know He was with me and would get me through it. That was thirteen years ago. God is great and no matter what we experience in life He promises to be with us and see us through them if we only trust him. Does that mean everything will be hunky dory? No but it does mean that everything will turn out for our own good and for His glory.
As my wife and I face the unknown regarding our home and whether we will keep it, please pray for us in it. There are many people allot less fortunate than us and need all of our prayers as well. I not only ask for prayer for us but all those others. We ask especially for the lost that do not know the Savior and His love.
We live in a world that is corrupt and is destroying many lives. Only the Lord can make the changes needed. I pray for a revival starting first and foremost in my own heart; that I would be a bold witness for Him. That many would come to know the Savior and He would heal our land because we have cried out to Him in faith.

iamfreeru2, turn your situation over to God and know that he can do everything but fail. He is the Alpha and the Omega!!! Read Jeremiah 33:3 and also John 14:13. Let me know what you think.

Gregtu,
Two great verses. In fact the book of John is one of my favorites, because of the promisses you find therein. God is truely our tower of refuge and strength. He has given us many promisses and to my knowledge has never failed to fulfill them. Have a great day brother and Lord bless you.

iamfreeru2, when the devil attacks like he's doing, he knows that God is about to bless you and your wife big time. So, his thing is to make you miss your blessing. Stay focused and keep your mind on God...everytime you feel like giving up, God steps in. He knows your breaking point, so rest assured that God know what's best for you.

Gregtu,
Thank you for the encouragement. My wife and I are certainly trusting God in this. We have come a long way and we know He is in this. He provided what we have and only He can allow it to be taken. Satan is a defeated foe and his outcome is certain. I believe the same that God will bless us through this. May God richly bless you and yours.
For His glory,

iamfreeru2, the last words from Jesus as he hung on the cross was "It is done". Now I say to you, it is done!! Rejoice!!
