Judge Moore's False Ten Commandments

The U.S. Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal of former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, upholding a decision reached by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary.

In November 2003, Moore was removed from office for refusing to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments from the rotunda of the Alabama Judicial Building. The Alabama Court of the Judiciary found that Moore violated canons of judicial ethics when he chose to honor the laws of God rather than the bench order of a federal judge — U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson. "


I have an entirely different view of the subject.


Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore indicated that his version of the Ten Commandments are universal and should be obeyed by all who enter his Court.

Let us examine this:

One of the Ten that he had carved into a six ton hunk of granite read: "Thou Shall Not Kill".

Applying AILL logic to this statement we find that if this 'universal' law is to be followed, Captial Punishment could not be carried out in Alabama. Anyone sentenced to death in Judge Moore's Court would only have to point to the stone and ask how could they?

Further investigation about this wording yields the FACT that the word 'KILL' is a mistranslation of the Hebrew word for "MURDER". All Protestant and Catholic scholars agree that it is in error.

Imagine if you are a soldier in a battle zone. An enemy is pointing a gun at you, could you shoot him and follow, "Thou Shall Not Kill"? You could shoot him with, "Thou Shall Not Murder".

Men have become consciencious objectors, refusing to carry arms, and have given their lives because of this gross error of mistranslation.


Once again, we see just how ignorant people can be if clothed in black robes. Yes, even Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore.

Check it out for yourselves. Ask you clergyman. Then ask why haven't they corrected this obvious mistranslation that has cost people their lives.

Until you have heard this man speak, you cannot appreciate the truth that he knows.

Truly, there is but one lawgiver, that being the creator (Jehovah).

Judge Moore, to my knowledge has not said that all ten commandments must be obeyed. (I am sure he agrees with them and thinks they should be obeyed)

His point is can we acknowledge God in the courtroom. Surely being on this board, you can see his point?

If you cannot, exchange the word "Constitution" for "God", or the word "Sovereign" or any other word that supersedes "their" authority.

The author of this article made an ass out of himself, by insinuating that Moore knows nothing about the murder v. kill argument.

Moore is more intelligent than you or I, and quite frankly, he has his head screwed on straight.

How many other judges can you say that about?

Your knowledge is incomplete. Judge Moore stated that his version of Ten Commandments were universally true and that his specific Ten Commandments are laws that must be followed in his courts. (He was the Supreme Court Judge.)

If Judge Moore knew that the error existed, why did he not correct it?

Can the State execute anyone and at the same time not "Kill"?

Do you agree that the word "kill" is a mistranslation?

Can you live with a religion that has the Ten Commandments wrong?

What else have you been trained to believe that is also wrong?
