"christ" means the same messiac in hebrew, the anointed one.

Well, I'm sure the priest will do his best, given his presumed bias.

Apart from the Gospels, which contain inconsistencies that are consistent with normal human error and the varied points of view of 4 different authors... what more does the priest have to go on than the historical writings of Josephus, Suetonius and Tacitus... as mentioned in the end of the article itself? These non-biblical historians mention a Christus or Chrestus as a religious leader active in the Holy Land and responsible for unrest among the Jews, that's all. Certainly not anyone supernatural or possessing god-like abilities, and certainly not anyone who appeared alive again after having perished on a cross. Only those 4 inconsistent gospels -all written by men decades after Jesus lived - ever claim that he was actually "god" or was resurrected. How can this priest ever come up with anything more concrete than that?

I must say that it's an original way of pointing out to the world that there is no objective proof consistent with legal precidents.

just because a man has a label is by no means a guarantee of success in some task.

if he fails to walk in the light, revelation and wisdom of God, he'll fail because he isn't seeking God's face on this matter.

Besides, there is a facet of RCC leadership who are notoriously unfaithful.

it is most unfortunate but true.

If God's Kingdom is not of this world and, those who seek a sign will not be given anymore than has been stated already then, this man will be excreting liquid into the wind. No?

well, perhaps but i'm not willing to pin down the outcome in a negative way, only that I hope he doesnt mess up; and my reasons for why and how he could mess up.

btw, Jesus came teaching that ``the kingdom has arrived on earth''

so, the kingdom IS here.
