You Only Have One Thing Hindering You!
Good Morning,
On this day, January 9, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Monday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever known someone who had great ideas but you never saw any fruit? They knew what they wanted to do, how they wanted to do it, where they wanted to do, but when the appropriate time arose nothing occurred. You, along with so many other people, found yourself praying and believing God on their behalf. Have you ever met someone who impressed you with their goals and aspirations but within you could discern a lazy spirit? It is so amazing to see or meet people who could do great things in life but laziness consumes them. Do you know anyone like this? Are you the person?
This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. I was riding in the car with my wife and son when the Lord dropped this devotional into my spirit. My friend, do you realize You Only Have One Thing Hindering You? No matter how you attempt to place the blame on something or someone else, there's only one roadblock in your life. Its not a lack of education. Its not your upbringing. Its not the past mistakes you made. Its not your failure to be in the right place at the right time. While these events can cause problems and hurdles in your life, automately these are not the greatest hinderances you will face. The Bible declares in 1 John 4:17 - Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
My brother, my sister, have you figured out who or what is your greatest hinderance yet? Have you begun to evaluate your life and the many things you still have not completed? Do you need help discovering who or what is the greatest hinderance in your life? Beloved, You Only Have One Thing Hindering You! The Bible delcares in Luke 4:8 - And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Child of God, your greatest hinderance in life is ... YOU! You are the only person who can stop you from doing what the Lord has charged you to do. Yes the enemy has traps and demons out to destroy you, but his attacks will only be successful if you give in to him. Yes people will have their opinions, but you have the power to bypass their opinions. LISTEN: There is a time for you to pray about it and there is a time for you to go forth (after praying.) What time is it in your life?
