Forget Friday the 13th!

Good Morning,
On this day, January 13, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Friday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. Today is the day many people in the world consider a bad day. Friday the 13th. On this day, many believe chaos and confusion will take place. All those who believe in good luck begin to experience one day of awful bad luck. On this day it appears as if everything you attempt to do falls apart. Growing up, my brother and I would watch the Friday the 13th movies (although we knew the movie would freak us out.) In these movies the attacker, Jason, would go on a killing spree for the entire day. Having matured in the Word of God, I have grown to understand while the devil does attack the body of Christ, we are overcomers through Christ Jesus our Lord.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Do you understand today you do not have to live your life in worry? You do not have to walk on eggshells. You do not have to continuously look over your shoulder wondering if someone is following you. You do not have to hide in the house. No no no! You are God's child. You are God's chosen vessel. No demon in hell can destroy you, as long as you remain in the family of God. My friend, Forget Friday the 13th! No matter what myths or horror stories you were taught, this is the day which the LORD hath made, we should rejoice and be glad in it (Psalms 118:24). The same God who watched over you yesterday, will also watch over you today. The Bible declares in 2 Timothy 1:7 - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

My brother, my sister, you do not have to believe everything you hear. Some stories we grew up believing are just untrue. Please understand what I am saying to you. Demons do exist and they are real. The devil does hate you and desires to kill you off. However, some of the stuff we currently believe is worldly based and watered down. How can you claim to be a child of the Most High God and live in fear of others? Beloved, Forget Friday the 13th! God is in control of your life. Nothing can happen unless God allows it to occur. The Bible declares in Revelation 20:10 - And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
