There Is None Like The Lord!
Good Morning,
On this day, February 1, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Wednesday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. So often in our lives, we find ourselves admiring people, places and things. Our marriages and/or relationships are filled with so much love and trust. It seems as though the more you are with the person, the harder it is for you to leave their presence. Maybe its your new car, or your new job, or your new home. Whatever it may be, you find yourself engulfed in it. You're always thinking about it. There are times you find yourself day-dreaming about it. You have a hard time imagining life with this person or this thing. Have you been there? Are you there now?
This morning, I have been commissioned to come and set the record straight. My friend, There Is None Like The Lord! There's no comparison to the love God has for you. It matters not how other people, places or things make you feel. God's presence, power, love, protection, peace and friendship has no comparison. No one can compare to Him. No "idol" can survive His presence. The Bible declares in Philippians 2:10-11 - That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. He is Lord of all!
My brother, my sister, what are you currently faced with today? What storm have you found yourself in? Who lied on you? Who betrayed you? What trap has satan set for you? What hurdle do you have in front of you? What mountain stands between you and God's promise? Whatever the case may be, this morning I come to tell you, There Is None Like The Lord! What God is able to do for you, no person, place or thing will ever be able to measure up to it. Stop worrying. Stop wavering in your faith. Stop sweating the small stuff. The Bible declares in Psalms 118:8 - It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Point to Remember: Before you encountered the storm in your life, God already created shelter for you.
