There's No Need For A Recount!

Good Morning,
On this day, March 20, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Monday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. I often sit back and wonder why God chose me to do the work He has anointed me to do. I know there was someone more skilled for the job. I know there was someone who had more education than me. I know there was someone who could comprehend hermeneutics better than me. What is it about me that made God pull me from the crowd? Have you ever been there? You wonder why God chose you, when there were other people lobbying for the position. There were other people who appeared to pray more than you, fast more than you, sacrifice more than you and even release more than you. The more I ask God, "'why me?;" the more I hear Him ask, "why not you?"

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Child of God, just because you think someone else deserved it more than you does not mean God saw it that way. God's selection process is not based on seminary experience, gender, ethnicity or how long your people have been in the church. Truthfully speaking, God examines the hearts of His people. On the surface, many people appear more dedicated and committed than you; but within God knows the truth of man. The Bible declares in Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. My friend, There's No Need For A Recount! There was no flaw in the selection. God chose the right person.

My brother, my sister, why not you? Who else can praise God for you? Who else can testify about the goodness of Jesus like you? Who else can worship God in the storm like you? Be not moved by the outward show of man. God sees all and He knows all. Just because someone jumps high when they shout, does not mean they live right when they come back down. It is you God desires to use. You are the chosen vessel. You are the person He will use to put the mighty to shame. The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 1:27 - But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; Beloved, There's No Need For A Recount! Stop apologizing for being chosen ... God did it!
