You Have Been Anointed To Do It!

Good Morning,
On this day, April 20, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Thursday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever felt overwhelmed with life and the demands it presented? No matter what you attempted to do it appeared as if you were making no progress. On every side there were pressures and deadlines to meet. Whether on your job, in your home, at the church, in the classroom, or wherever it may be, you had more requests to fulfill than "seemingly" time to fulfill them. Have you ever wanted to drop everything and walk away? I mean seriously walk away and leave everything incomplete. After a while it becomes overbearing to think how much work you must complete. Its really upsetting when you see others around you playing around. Have you ever been there? Are you there now? Please do not act as if you do not know what I am talking about. You remember those days you were walking around giving people deadly looks or sighing heavily to prove a point.

This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Do you realize no matter how many gestures you give, the work must still be done. There are days when my job presents heavy demands and I wonder if I will have enough time to complete the morning devotional and e-mail it out. There are days when I want to skip that day, but God does not permit me too. Do you realize we each get the same amount of time each day (24 hours)? While it is true, some people do waste their time but when God has entrusted something to you He expects results. My friend, no matter how impossible it appears, You Have Been Anointed To Do It! The Bible declares in Proverbs 22:29 - Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. If God did not think it could be done, He would never give it to you to do.

My brother, my sister, you are wasting time complaining. God expects you to do it. Do you realize God sees in you what you cannot see in yourself? The next time you get ready to ask why me, just know God will respond with why not you? On your job, God expects diligence from you. Whether your co-workers are slacking or not, God is also looking at you. Stop focusing on what the person next to you is or is not doing and complete the task in front of you. Beloved, You Have Been Anointed To Do It! Who else can accomplish the time-pressing assignments and keep a smile ? The Bible declares in Colossians 3:23 - And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

Scripture Reading for Today: Colossians 3:17

May God Bless you at Your point of need!
To God Be The Glory!!!!

Execution. That is what the message means to me. There was a minister in my path a few years ago always teaching me to be patient. Not to do anything; Wait on the Lord...

I would show him things I was doing and he would urge me next time to call him first. He would lay a guilt trip on me that by not seeking (his) counsel first, I had made a big mistake and created a big mess. After a while I considered his counsel nonproductive and lost him.

Quote:
Jam 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Jam 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
Jam 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
Jam 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Regards,

David Merrill.
