Get Up, There's Something You Need To Hear!
Good Morning,
On this day, July 19, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Wednesday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. How many times have you awaken in the middle of the night thinking you had to use the restroom? How many times have you awaken in the middle of the night still worrying about the same matter you were before you fell asleep? How many times have you awaken in the middle of the night with thoughts of fear and failure? How many times have you awaken in the middle of the night with concerns about what tomorrow will bring? How many times have you awaken wondering what people are saying about you or what they think about you? There are times in each of our lives that we are awakened in the middle of the night by so many different things. During these times, many people run to get something to drink, run to use the restroom, remain in the bed hoping to eventually fall back to sleep or they get up and start doing something ... anything. I wonder how many people use this time to pray and seek the Lord?
This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. Child of God, do you realize our Father in Heaven will sometimes wake us up at 3:00 AM, 3:30 AM, 4:00 AM or 4:30 AM, just to commune with us? Do you realize it is during these early morning encounters that many of our questions are answered? Please do not be tricked by the enemy, God did not wake you up so you could run to the restroom. He woke you up to pour into you. Yes, He could have done it while you were sleep. Yes, He could have waited for a later (and better) time that was more convenient to you. However, I have grown to learn that God is not in the business of convenience. If there is something He wants to say to you, He will say it when He desires to ... no matter what time is on your clock. The Bible declares in Psalms 42:1 - As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My friend, Get Up, There's Something You Need To Hear!
My brother, my sister, when was the last time you were suddenly awakened in the early morning hours? When was the last time you felt led to pray during these early hours, but you did not? When was the last time you got up to pray but fell asleep while on your knees? When was the last time you set your alarm clock for early morning prayer, but you did not get up when the alarm rang? The Bible declares in Isaiah 55:6 - Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isn't it amazing how the things you desire to do for the Lord are quite often very hard to do (Romans 7)? Isn't it amazing how just when you prepare to pray or read your Word a heavy sleep comes over your body? Is this just a coincidence? I think not!!! The devil knows God is up to something, so he tries his best to keep you from experiencing and/or receiving it. Beloved, Get Up, There's Something You Need To Hear!
