What Is Happening Physically When You Pray and/or Meditate?

Part I

A disclaimer: a reference to electro-magnetic frequencies is a general term only and, actually, may involve other frequencies as human mind can generate such in accordance to its level of development.

All Energy is one Force differentiated into Many.

Many... can bind back to One if the concentration is such.

A Prayer and Meditation can accomplish that as we are born wit that power of binding.
It is a Mystery granted to us the Cosmic Intelligence.


The main difference between a prayer and meditation to me is:

1) A prayer is actively asking/involving certain powers from the Above.

It is a dynamic - not passive process.

Concentration is involved.
Its force-proportion is crucial.
The more is the better.


2) A meditation is more of contemplating the object chosen for such.

It is more of a passive observation,
allowing to receive what can enter on its own.

Instead of concentration, a typical meditation involves more of
dispersing forces (melting down.)

A prayer and meditation can turn into each other as soon as dynamic and passive as switched.

Look at it as the polarities are switched ( + and -)

People all over the world, throughout all ages have, all,
exhibited a Universal tendency to appeal to a Higher source, at least, at the times of trouble.


All do: the believers, non-believers, and in-between.

All become believers, suddenly, when things get tough.

What does that mean?

It means the following:

1) It is an inborn ability and attribute of us.

2) We, all, realize, subconsciously, that we do not have
enough power on our, own to deal with the emergency
circumstances and recognize the Higher power to which
we, then, appeal.


If it were not the case, we would have been appealing to ourselves only.

In small troubles, atheists, do count on their, inner
strength,
but, as soon, as a big trouble comes,
their subconscious,
inner mechanism turns on automatically
and

they, all, pray whether
they admit that to themselves and others or not.

What is prayer?

In my comprehension,

it is a conscious or
subconscious recognition of the Higher
power-energy possessing consciousness with
compassion, forgiveness, and a sense of justice
to which a person appeals mentally, asking for help!

What does that do on the physical plane?

Let’s look into details, following common sense:

A person, failing to find a solution to the trouble on his,
own makes an attempt to clear his mind of the
confusing, mental waves
(i.e. his thinking)
and enters another state-frequency of his thinking mode.


1) He/she surrenders
himself/herself to the unknown,

liberating the
energy of the confused mind to throw all its intensity
into a narrow and precise mental tunnel of the vibration
of three, related thoughts:

a) help me;

b) forgive me

c) save me.

The allocated percentages to each thought varies with
person to person.

The people with a low level of consciousness may, even,
have the “forgive me” part approaching zero,
while the spiritual people, on the contrary,
put more efforts into it.

2) A person who enters the state of praying
concentrates. Concentrating will and power into one thing - praying.

A human mind concentrated on the same idea emits
powerful, electro-magnetic waves that

a) by the law of similarity, bind the person
mentally with the similar waves
(in this case, calls for help, forgiveness, and salvation.)

The total energy field is magnified accordingly.

b) these, electro-magnetic waves
help the person to multiply his, mental power through
the concentrated idea as if making a fist out of widely
separated fingers and delivering the punch.

c) Electro-magnetic waves produced by praying allow
entering a state where the person is no longer in his thoughts.

He/she is in a higher state of the connecting himself to
the positive energies circulating in space of,
the stated above, "surrender," asking for help or, actually, begging for mercy.

Now we can go a little further, clarifying the “help”
term.

It is not any help that we seek during a prayer.
We ask for mercy indeed whether we realize that or not.

We, also, bind ourselves to the energies of the forgiveness and salvation.

Once again: mercy, forgiveness, and salvation.
These terms and their energies-frequencies associated
with these concepts are all positive and very powerful forces.

Thus, we bind ourselves to some, awesome powers of
the Universe when enter a prayer.

The more intense is the prayer, the more intense is the
binding.

Everything is proportional:
you get what you put in.

Part II

The physical law of the conservation of energy works here as anywhere else.

You received certain number of units of electrical energy
in a your house, then that would be enough to light up
certain numbers of bulbs in that house and power up
other appliances.

Not less or more but exactly as much as received,

depending initially how much was generated and sent to
your house.

Your mind is the processor of thoughts.

(It doesn't not generate them - it processes them!

Your Solar Plexus perceives concepts
and projects them via its link to the brain,
which, then, sorts them out and processes them
as a computer.)

For the spiritual fellows, I would, of course, add soul and spirit too.

As I have written in the beginning of my book, I do not
wish to intrude on any one's beliefs or their absence.

The hard core atheists can, simply omit the spiritual
concepts if don’t feel them inside and concentrate on
the closer to the surface - the physical aspect.

Yet, if I would like to remind them that the

visible tip of
the iceberg (the physical, the obvious, the observed)
does not mean that there is no rest of the iceberg
submerged into the depth of water

(the not so easily
obvious and observed spiritual part, which is still a part
of the physical level but on a much more refined and higher frequency.)

An intense prayer intensely binds a person to the
positive and powerful energies of Mercy, Forgiveness,
and Salvation.

The more sincere the prayer, the more binding to the
purity of those energies.

A proportion again.

An insincere prayer can produce a proportional result-
binding.

The absolute sincerity – the absolute and complete binding.



Concentrate on the purity of the sun, when you pray
or meditate.

The Sun would magnify any mental or spiritual effort.

Logic and perception has led us to the fact that a

prayer allows us to tune to the frequencies of energy
waves sent previously and which are being sent by all
other conscious minds that also asked for Mercy,
Forgiveness, and Salvation.

The total charge is immense!

We, thus, find Electro-magnetic currents and, actually,
even much more refined frequencies (we will go into
that later) circulation in space and

constantly binding
with the similar energy waves.

By the same logic and laws of mathematics and physics,
we can reverse the sign or polarity (from plus to minus,
positive to negative) and realize the following.All those
people and there millions of them too, who sent the
mental waves of negativity or evilness, hoping, asking
for death, war, sufferings of others, while benefiting at
their expense, all equally send the mental waves that
bind with the similar ones.

They’re plenty of those as well.

I am telling you for a fact that a war or peace, disaster
of balance depend on

how many people simply thought
intensely and wished on the subject

(any subject as a matter of fact).

The total energy of the corresponding energy field
circulation in space is a simple mathematical and
physical equation of the numbers and intensities of
thoughts.

As simple of that.

Part III


Now, you have no excuses
concerning what thoughts you send in space and what
you pray for or, passionately, wish or request.

You are responsible for them.

If you had a sensitive enough equipment that is able to
see the mental waves emitted by people, you would see
as if through an x-ray machine how waves of thoughts
propagate space radiating from people to the higher
spheres of Earth and even much further;

(for the more refined is the energy, the farther and faster it propagates)

and how those waves bind with the similar
waves sent by other people (on the same wave) and
how the amplitude increases.

There are storms and relative periods of rest in the
ocean of waves of thoughts.

That ocean exists literally.

It is just so refined that the ordinary physical equipment
that men, currently, have can not detect that ocean of
mental waves, but it is there.

Our mind is sensitive enough to perceive those waves
most of the time.

That is how we feel certain so-called vibes from other
people or just the prevailing feelings in the society.

You can overload a person so much with mental waves
that, later, he may commit a great act or crime,
depending on the charge received.

It happens everyday.

That ocean of mental waves eventually, by the law, of
physics tends to crystallize, like water saturated with
salt would, eventually, reveal the constantly binding
crystals of salt, while evaporating.

The crystallization of the mental waves from the refined,
subtler energies becomes more and more crude until
becoming physically visible and felt on Earth in the form
of the natural disasters or the balanced weather.

When the unseen moisture in the atmosphere starts
conglomerating according to the change in pressure
(increase), temperature (decrease) and no opposition to
the forces of attraction of particles, we get drops of
rain descending on Earth from the higher atmosphere.


Sometimes we get a hail if the temperatures get below
the freezing point.

The unseen but real vapors simply were transposed into
the lower, more crude state - moisture.
Both states are physical and real.

One is unseen ordinarily, the other one is as crude as
our typical senses.

So, we perceive that moisture with our, such senses.

No magic has taken place.
Water (drops of rain) didn't come out of spirit, soul
or from nowhere.
They came from the subtler state of water,
that being in the form of vapors.

The same process takes place with the waves of not
only water but with mental waves too.

The visible, materialized events are caused and
influenced by the

mental waves which are like vapors
that with time under more pressure and lower
temperature gravitate to each other so much that form
bigger and bigger drops of materialized events on Earth.

Just like vapors turn into rain, those thoughts-metal
waves turn into raining down waters-events or even storms.

The Nature has all the answers.

Just observe it.

Yes, our weather is affected by the sum of our mental waves – of all of us:
of all who have lived before and now.

Every famine, earthquake, flood, and even war and
peace has origins in the mental waves of all of us.

Natural phenomena would happen any way and are
simple, physical cause and effect.

Yet, people, also, add to that by their mental waves,
which are added to the energies and charges of the
natural phenomena, also by the cause and effect.

The total output is, simply, the sum of the two:

the natural phenomena and the people’s mental waves.
