Everything That Glitters Is Not Gold!
Good Morning,
On this day, October 10, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Tuesday! How are you doing this morning? It's a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever found yourself getting caught up in situations that appeared beneficial but turned out to be deadly? Have you ever found yourself falling for people who appeared sincere but turned out to be wolves in sheep's clothing? Have you ever found yourself going to places that appeared peaceful and righteous but turned out to be hellish and chaotic? There are times in each of our lives where we find ourselves wondering what went wrong. At one point you thought you had everything in order. You thought you knew the people hanging around you. You thought the person you were dating or married to was Mr./Mrs. Right. You had your entire life mapped out. Nothing could go wrong. No one could mess up your perfect life. Right? Wrong!
My friend, God sees what man cannot. God knows what man does not. God reveals what man overlooked. Do you realize the devil is out to deceive us? Do you realize the devil is not your friend? he is a liar (John 8:44). he is cunning (Genesis 3:1). he is out kill, steal and destroy us (John 10:10). My brother, my sister, do you realize God gives each of His children the ability to discern. According to Webster, discern is defined as to detect with senses other than vision; to see or understand the difference. Most of what we endure in life is because we failed to discern the truth. Many of our heartaches and pains could have been avoided had we discerned the truth. You could have spared your heart and time had you discerned that the last man or woman in your life was a false impression.
Beloved, this morning I have been commissioned to come and tell you:

Please beware of pyrite (fool's gold). Pyrite is defined as a common mineral that consists of iron disulfide, has a pale brass-yellow color and metallic luster, and is burned in making sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid. Do you realize if you fall for everything that looks good you can eventually be burned by the deadly acid it releases?
