Dear Members:
You have seen my earlier posts on how important I feel it is for each and every one of you to obtain and watch the various seminar videos that are available. They go into depth and answer so many of the questions which are repeatedly asked on this and other forums.
Now I am going to say it again: PLEASE obtain and watch the latest Winston Shrout seminar done last month (November 2006) in Fort Collins, Colorado. It is his best presentation to date and he goes into so much depth that I am just breathless! You will come to realize the reasons WHY things are done as they are in commerce and you will be provided remedies for just about anything you want to accomplish.
Winston himself wrote to me after he did this seminar and BEGGED me, as a friend, to get a copy as soon as possible since he feels it is his best work to date and has the material to solve a problem for which I sought his advice. I am forever thankful he did this...(I would have obtained it at some point but now I see the urgency in his request.)
Joe and I are at this moment reviewing and studying the document set that is included with the seminar and we will post those attachments that seem useful on their own without viewing the presentation.
Order this newest seminar by writing to Winston's business manager, Patt Bekken, at hrhpatt@yahoo. com for details.
Here's just one example which I will relate but I decline to explain in detail:
Judge: You are found guilty of (violation) and the fine is $100.
Me: Thank you Your Honor. I WAIVE the payment of $100
Judge: In that case, I sentence you to five days in jail.
Me: Thank you Your Honor. I WAIVE (the benefit privilege) to go to jail.
When the court imposes a fine or jail time they are OFFERING you a benefit/privilege as your remedy. You cannot be compelled to accept ANY benefit/privilege they might offer. Another way to look at it is if the judge fines you $100 then tell him you'll accept the money now. He's trying to give you money. Don't believe me? EVERYTHING in commerce is ASS BACKWARDS.
